Rules and Information
We preserve the right to ban and/or remove any player from our network for any reason at any time for any reasons we deem appropriate. Any endeavor at getting around the rules with loopholes and such will result in the punishment that the player tried to bypass.

- Staff/Builder disrespect: 60 Minute Mute + Warning
- Vulgar/Sexual content: 30 Minute Mute + Warning
- Abusing /helpop (Spamming, lying, etc.): 30 Minute Mute + Warning > 1 Day IP Ban > 1 Week IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Death/Rape wishes/threats/encouragements (Including the shortage kys meant in anyway): 1 Week IP Ban
- Impersonating staff: 2 Hour Mute + Warning
- Leaking another players personal information without their permission (Addresses, IP Addresses, Full Names, IRL Pictures, Passwords): 1 Week IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Advertising IP/telling where to find the IP/asking for any kind of IP: Permanent IP Ban
- Advertising names(Includes saying things such as "Henkies server" and shortcuts such as "Henk" or "HKS"): 30 Minute Mute + Warning
- Advertising Youtube channel/inappropriate links (NSFW/Death/Rape/Hack Client/anything that gives a negative effect): 2 Day Mute + Warning > 1 Week IP Ban
- Begging staff for items/commands/unbans etc: Verbal Warning > 30 Minute Mute + Warning
- Impersonating staff or a builder with a prefix or nick: Permanent IP Ban
- Inappropriate content of your prefix or nick (Racism, Sexual content, Death threats etc.): Permanent IP Ban
- Inappropiate faction or gang name (Racism, Sexual content, Death threats etc.): Verbal Warning > 1 Day IP Ban + Disbanding the faction or gang
- Usage of the staff colors in the same order or mirrored (Color codes: &6, &9, &1): 1 Week IP Ban > Prefix/Nick ability removed
- Any resemblance to a staff or a builder rank (Adminostrator, admon, modarotor, buuilder, buulder etc.): 1 Week IP Ban > Prefix/Nick ability removed
- Obfuscating your name with a prefix (&k): Verbal Warn > 3 Day IP Ban > 1 Week IP Ban > Prefix ability removed (We will always check if it was an accident or intended)
- Making your prefix to long (22+ characters): Verbal Warn > Warning > Warning + Prefix removed by Administrator+
- The use of none approved mods: Warning > 1 Day IP Ban > 1 Week IP Ban > 2 Week IP Ban
- Usage of hacking clients/programs/scripts (Includes macros/autoclickers/resourcepacks that give you advantage for example xray resource packs): Permanent IP Ban
- Having hacking clients/programs/scripts (Includes macros/autoclickers/resourcepacks that give you advantage for example xray resource packs) installed or present on your system (If found, a staff member will ask you to remove it. If this request is refused, there will be a direct permanent IP ban): Verbal Warning > Permanent IP Ban
- Admitting to hacking while frozen: 1 Month IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Abusing gameplay bugs: Warning > 1 Day IP Ban > 7 Day IP Ban > 1 Month IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Glitching (Duping/Eco bugs/Raiding bases with glitches): Permanent IP Ban
- Lava/Water/Obsidian/Walls around protected areas (claimed wall griefing is survival only): 1 Week IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Leaving while frozen: Permanent IP Ban
- Inappropriate builds: 2 IP Week ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Cobblemonstering/Flooding a large area around the spawn/koth: 1 Day IP Ban > 5 Day IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Camping (PPVP): Kick > Kick + Warning
- Using inappropriate item names which appear in chat (Names that break any chat rules such as racism): Warning > 1d ip ban > 7d ip ban
- Inappropriate name: Permanent Ban (Needs to change to another name)
- Inappropriate skin: Verbal Warning > Warning > 1 Day IP Ban > 1 Week IP Ban
- Inappropriate pet name: Verbal Warning > Warning > 1 Day IP Ban > 1 Week IP Ban
- Trading/Selling MCW accounts: Permanent IP Ban
- Refusing/Avoiding to screenshare: Permanent IP Ban
- Lying in a screenshare: Permanent IP Ban
- Avoiding ban: Permanent IP Ban
- Avoiding mute (also includes alternate account(s)): 1 Day IP Ban
- DDoS (Admissions/attempts/threats/jokes/asking for player's IP (Skype, Discord, Ingame, etc.)): Permanent IP Ban
- Admitting/Trying/Encouragement to harm the server directly/indirectly (includes machines that only purpose is to cause lag for the players/server): Permanent IP Ban
- Stealing someone there account (Could also lead in to a reset of the player or a disband of for example a faction): Permanent IP Ban

- Offtopic posting: Warning
- Spreading hate / toxic behaviour: Permanent IP Ban
- Fake applications/reports: Warning
- Double posting the same thread: Warning
- Leaking another players personal information without their permission (Addresses, IP Addresses, Full Names, IRL Pictures, Passwords): 1 Week IP Ban > Permanent IP Ban
- Leaking confidential information (such as staff chat): Permanent IP Ban
- DDoS (Admissions/threats/jokes/asking for IP's (Forum only): Permanent IP Ban
- Click bait threads: Removal of the thread > Permanent IP Ban (If the person doesn't stop)
